  My waitress Gabby, was great. Unfortunately the food was far from the standard that I get from other Applebees. Our ribs were burnt. I wanted to substitute one of my sides for a child's Kraft mac and cheese to give to my two year old. The manager here refused to allow it. Obviously, she is a useless manager lacking good customer service skills. At other Applebees locations, I've never have a probing substituting for the Kraft Mac n Cheese. I will never eat here again and neither will the local guest that I was entertaining. Not sure the managers name but, she was useless. My visit was on Saturday, September 17 around 4:30pm.

  We waited 45 min and the only things we received were 3 drinks and 1 appetizer. Our server sucked. She only came to our table twice in the 45 minutes. We got up and left
